Guests with Special Requirements

Everyone is welcome at The Shrewsbury Music Hall and we will do whatever we can to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. Staff are available to help, so please ask us if you need any assistance. To ensure any special requirements you have are met we ask that all patrons who use a wheelchair, are registered disabled or have specific seating or access requests contact the Box Office direct. For this reason wheelchair spaces and disabled concessions are not available through booking online.
The Music Hall continually strives to offer EQUAL ACCESS to everyone.
Our facilities include:
	An Access Key facility on this website
	Discounted seats for disabled people and their companions
	Sennheiser Infra Red enhanced hearing headsets are available in the Auditorium and the Old Market Hall to amplify sound for hard of hearing patrons. They can be worn with or without a hearing aid. There are induction loops fitted in both the Clive and Darwin Suites.
	Wheelchair accessible toilets.
	Large print versions of the brochure are available from the Box Office.
	Guide Dogs are welcome in all parts of the Auditorium & Old Market Hall. We can usually "doggysit" during events if required. Enquire at the Box Office when you book your seats.
	Music Hall is committed to increasing the number of Sign Language Interpreted performances by working with companies who include SLI as an integral part of their productions. We always promote a SLI performance within our pantomime season. See our brochure for further details or enquire at the Box Office when booking your tickets.
	There is a wheelchair available for your use whilst attending events. Please contact a Front of House Staff member should you require one.
	Full access via lift from the ground floor to the Auditorium and Clive Bar. Lift access is also available at the Old Market Hall.
	Wheelchair spaces are available in both the Auditorium and the Old Market Hall. Please let the Box Office know when booking your tickets. If, however, you require assistance before or after the show, or during the interval, please ask a member of staff. Drinks can be brought to your seat in either the Auditorium or Clive Bar if preferred
